In the past both ASA and SASA had Provincial Leagues, Provincial Championships and National Championships for Primary and High School athletes.

Elise Athletics in conjunction with Hoërskool Randburg, realised that it is important for school athletes to support ASA and SASA events, but we manage it in such a way that the athletes benefit from this. We have started our own running club (Hoërskool Randburg Running Club) in order to have control over our athlete’s participation and relationship with CGA (Central Gauteng Athletics) and ASA.

At Elise Athletics we believe in being patient in developing athletes to become senior athletes. Consistency and gradual improvement is key in the development of our athletes. Although we are fortunate to have a lot of talented athletes we emphasize that HARD WORK BEATS TALENT.

Stride Haus (SH) and the SH Gait Lab have rewritten the rules of performance retail.
At Stride Haus, every runner’s stride is measured, analysed, and understood — through
advanced gait assessments, motion capture, biomechanics expertise, and years of sports
science knowledge. The SH team has spent over 30 years working with athletes of all levels:
from elite professionals and Comrades legends to Everest climbers, young school athletes and
first-time 5K hopefuls.
The result? Runners and athletes are being equipped with the right shoes and gear for their
unique bodies, movements, and goals, that don’t just look good but protect, propel, and unlock
true performance.
